What can I expect regarding consultation and the planning process?

With all cosmetic procedures, our planning process shares a foundation of achieving true understanding of what our patients wish to achieve. Our staff is dedicated to helping you reach your smile goals! Aesthetic composite bonding may be used in tandem with other treatments such as teeth whitening and no-prep veneer application to adjacent teeth, or it may be used as a standalone treatment depends upon your specific goals and needs. The treatment plan of each patient is as unique as his or her smile, and our doctors are happy to assess your dental health to see if aesthetic composite bonding is the right choice for achieving your goals.

What is the expected process and timeline?

Depending upon treatment plan specifics, you can expect to have full results within a single visit! After a consultation, our doctor cleans and prepares the teeth to be bonded. Application of minimally invasive materials enables the bonding of the composite resin to the teeth. In general, this method involves several series of applications to generate the most natural, aesthetically pleasing outcome. After each application, a light is used to cure the resin.

Once the desired amount of composite has been bonded, minimally invasive techniques are used to shape, texture, and sculpt the form of the resin to reflect the agreed-upon goals.

This process requires no downtime and we are thrilled to offer minimally invasive tools such as air abrasion, dental lasers, and other advanced diagnostic technology to address any request.
