Jack Manikowski, DDS

“Dr. Jack”

Care beyond the chair…

Dr. Jack is keenly aware of the profound impact he has on his patients, both in the short-term and long-term. Whether it’s through a smile enhancing procedure, treating oral disease or simply consulting with patients on ways to better care for themselves and their oral health, he is as inspired as he is grateful for the positive role he is able to play in the life of every patient. This gifted, caring, and dedicated specialist in cosmetic dentistry is a 1996 graduate of the University of Illinois School of Dentistry. He has a deep understanding of the subjectivity and even the emotion required to create warmth and visual harmony to a patient’s face. This is complemented by his extensive experience, hand skills and techniques.

What is Dr. Jack’s passion?

Andreina Dulanto, DDS, MS

Dr. Andreina Dulanto is a prosthodontist originally trained in Caracas-Venezuela. She completed advanced education in General Dentistry program at the Santa Maria University in Caracas Venezuela. Dr. Dulanto moved to Gainesville, Florida to complete an internship in prosthodontics and her Master’s Degree in Prosthodontics at UFCD. She served as the surgical chief resident in his third year, teaching and lecturing dental students in implant dentistry and prosthodontics.

Dr. Dulanto is a dentist with more than 15 years of experience in the dental field as a clinician and a specialist in prosthodontist, digital dentistry, implantology, and aesthetic dentistry. She loves to do laboratory procedures for her patient’s restorations, and make sure that they meet the ideal design and principles. She is very meticulous in treating her patients, devotes sufficient time, and finds that the most rewarding moment is when her patients have a new smile and ideal function.

Her mission is to improve her patient’s oral health exceeding their expectations with high quality and excellent care. Dr. Dulanto is a member of the:

Sharmi Shah DMD, CAGS

Dr. Shah completed her undergraduate studies at Loyola University in Chicago, IL, and her Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Boston University. She then completed a one year residency in Advanced Education of General Dentistry at Boston University.

After residency she chose to work in the greater Boston area in multiple private practices. She then finally returned to her hometown city of Chicago.

Dr. Shah feels very strongly that the patient- dentist relationship is extremely important, and she prides herself on being able to treat patients with open lines of communication, compassion and the utmost professionalism. She is a member of the:

Robert Baima, DDS, FAAP, FACP

Dr. Baima is a 1975 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry in Milwaukee, WI, where he received his DDS. After two years in private general practice, Dr. Baima earned an advanced degree in Periodontics from the Specialty Residency of Periodontology Program at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond. He subsequently completed advanced training in Prosthodontics, Dental Implantology and Maxillofacial Prosthetics/Head and Neck Cancer Treatment at the UCLA Medical Center and Veterans Administration Medical Center in West Los Angeles, CA.

Dr. Baima is an active member of several national and international organizations including the:
